Our Founder
Meet Our Founder and Breast Radiologist Dr. Tish Singer
Dr. Tish Singer is a Brown-trained Chief Resident, former Associate Professor, board-certified fellowship trained breast radiologist. She completed her medical education at St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2013. She then pursued her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Brown University from 2014 to 2018, where she was selected as Chief Resident. Following residency, she completed a fellowship in Breast Imaging at Brown University from 2018 to 2019. Dr. Singer has served as the head of breast imaging at multiple institutions on the East Coast and in the Midwest, where she has also held the title of Associate Professor of Radiology. In these roles, she has led ongoing research in breast imaging and has been deeply involved in training radiology residents and mentoring medical students.
After more than a decade in academic radiology — leading breast imaging departments, training residents, and publishing research — Dr. Singer kept running into the same wall. Patients waited weeks for results. Appointments felt rushed. Women left without answers, without a plan, and without anyone who had time to explain what they'd just been through. Shero Imaging is her answer to that. A practice built entirely around what she wished she could offer every patient in every hospital she worked in — time, technology, and a radiologist who actually talks to you.

We are the first and only imaging center in St. Louis to offer the revolutionary non-compression breast CT, or the “pain-free mammogram.” If you are happy with yearly mammography, we have the most advanced technology that helps to empower patients to control how much compression is used. Your comfort is important to us and we want to give you the tools and give you back control of your healthcare journey. We also offer additional screening options for women with dense breasts including, the new Vera Breast CT, contrast enhanced mammography and Automated Breast Ultrasound System by GE (ABUS).
